The Baker’s Inn Legacy Program went back to Tafara High 1 on Wednesday the 27th February, where 26 children from Tashinga Primary attended. There were five Zimbabwe Sevens players who ran the program. Each pupil was given a t-shirt and a loaf of nutritious Baker’s Inn bread.
Tashinga Primary School received 6 rugby balls after the practice session for their future development.People in Mabvuku tell us- Tafara 1 High school is now being viewed in Mabvuku as a centre for rugby development, something that the staff at Tafara 1 High school seem so pleased about. The evidence being the growing number of kids who are coming to the school on Wednesday (all ages) to train-under the guidance of “chief” Raymond (sports director).
The program which was launched in January is set to run until the Zimbabwe Cheetahs live for the IRB sevens world cup.
