St John’s Makes Mark at Kingswood Hockey Festival

St John’s College sharpened their hockey skills this past week in preparation for the second term hockey season.  The Rams participated in the Kingswood Hockey Festival which was hosted by Kingswood College in Grahamstown, South Africa and ran from, 14-17 April 2016.  The coed first team hockey festival featured 14 boys and 14 girls teams from Western Cape, Durban and Johannesburg, with St John’s as the only participating international team.

The Rams made an impressive showing in Grahamstown, winning four, drawing one and losing only one of their six matches.  Full results are below:
