Falcon is on the road this weekend, facing Peterhouse in Marondera. Falcon was tipped to be one of the best sides in the country this year, but they dropped an early hurdle, suffering a last minute loss at the hands of St John’s College during the Dairibord Schools Rugby Festival.
The Mad Dogs regained their footing and registered a big win against Prince Edward on the road as well in their season opener. Peterhouse come into the encounter tomorrow with an unblemished record as they haven’t recorded any losses yet less year, including their season opening victory against St John’s. It will be a tough encounter for both teams, but mostly for Falcon as they try to work their way back up to the top.

Back in the capital, Churchill host St John’s in what promises to be an exciting encounter at Nigel Phillip. St John’s had a great pre-season at Dairibord, but haven’t found their feet, yet registering two losses in their opening encounters against Peterhouse and St George’s College. The Bulldogs are still unbeaten this season and a win on Nigel Phillip tomorrow will push them forward in their march towards the coveted unbeaten season.
The Prince Edward Tigers travel to the City of Kings to face a resurgent Christian Brothers College outfit, while St George’s host Kyle College. The boys from Masvingo enjoyed a 7-0 victory over St George’s at the Dairibord Schools Rugby Festival. The question on every one’s mind will be “Can they register another upset on Weaver?”
Hellenic Academy Knights are off to Mutare where they face Hillcrest and Eaglesvale host Midlands Christian College in the capital. Ellis Robbins are scheduled to travel to Mutare to face Mutare Boys High.
